He was born in January the 21st , in Oviedo.

Melendi is a Spanish singer. He went to school wiht Fernando Alonso.

In 2003, Melendi recorded his first solo disco,

called ''Sin noticias de Holanda''.In 2005 

he recorded his second disc, ''Que el

cielo espere sentao'' 

Melendi is going to be  father for the

second time. their concerts are in Spain ans Latin America.
